FLY KIDS AERIAL YOGA

In this class your child will learn fun aerial yoga poses while they fly, flip, twist, soar and have tons of fun! Aerial Yoga is a great way to build strength, flexibility and confidence! This practice is a wonderful complement to sports, school and life Every class will include breath-work and close with a peaceful aromatherapy relaxation in the hammocks. Suggested ages 5-9
