Soccer education & training at a competitive level for children ages 7-19 August through May
Santa Barbara Soccer club is the premier youth soccer organization on the central coast. 30 Boys and girls U9-U19 teams compete at the highest levels of the game including the Southern California Development League. One of the best youth soccer leagues in the world. Our teams also compete annually in the prestigious US Youth Soccer National and State Cups having won 2 National Titles and 3 State Cups in the past 5 years. We have also placed a number of players on the US National Youth teams.
U8 Program(open enrollment) runs from September to May on Friday afternoons focusing on individualized development including control of the body and control of the ball.
Santa Barbara SC is for the competitive and/or passionate soccer players who desire to play at the next level. We also offer a support program/college liaison for high school players who are applying to college and desire to play soccer in college.

MISSION
Santa Barbara Soccer Club is committed to developing every player within the organization to be the best they can be. First and foremost it about creating positive environments for development through instilling a passion for excellence in the person and creating environments that nurture development of the game in the player. Santa Barbara SC then aims to promote as many of its players as possible onto collegiate level soccer and beyond.

VISION
1. Firstly it is our desire to see every player that graduates from Santa Barbara Soccer Club do so with a passion for the game as well as a gratitude for the club that has helped them become the person they are. There is no better forging ground for character than the soccer field and training ground.
2. Secondly, Santa Barbara Soccer Clubs vision is to develop a reputation for producing well-trained soccer athletes and gain the respect of the national soccer community as a true soccer academy. College coaches, national team coaches and professional coaches will recognize the standards of excellence embodied by the club and expect those who graduate from the club to be good citizens and quality players with a solid soccer foundation.
3. Finally, Santa Barbara Soccer Clubs long-term vision is to encourage the growth of the game in Santa Barbara, as well as the Tri-counties and to expand the club, through a reputation of complete player development, into a professional Club and the home of soccer in America.

SBSC PLAYERS ACADEMY (AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM)
Offered to Boys & Girls 6 to 8 years of age
The Players Academy is a newly formed Santa Barbara, California based soccer academy delivered by Santa Barbara Soccer Club personnel held in conjunction with all area youth soccer organizations. The current make up of the Players Academy is designed for boys & girls ages 3 to 9 years of age and is designed to offer players, parents and coaches a soccer educational platform for life. The Players Academy will incorporate the Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental aspects of player development and is committed to a holistic approach to the players life long growth.
All of this is accomplished through a carefully designed and administered curriculum with training held once a week. The program will operate in conjunction with ALL area youth soccer associations. 1. To support these organizations and 2. Avoid schedule conflicts.

All interested players will have the opportunity to come and experience the Players Academy curriculum throughout the academic year (September June).

– I Need more information . I have a son 7 years old.
– I want to know how much is the cost to trained in Soccer.
– Also I want to know if the first class is free to see if my son like to practice and play that sport.
