Homestay International Santa Barbara is a quality homestay placement service for international students in Santa Barbara. We are a small, local, family-run business who cares about the welfare of our host families and students. We match students with local families or independent living accommodations. We serve both the host families and the international students, making sure their experience is one of quality and success.

Local host families and independent living accommodations are carefully selected to provide housing for students through our program. Students apply to Homestay International giving us information about their lifestyles and preferences that will assist us in matching them with the appropriate family or independent living accommodation. We offer Homestay with or without meals (inclusion in family) and Homeshare (independent, private room) to our students. Our services includes placement, monitoring, orientation seminar, host family/student events, transportation from and to LAX/SBA for students and 24 hour on-call service for emergencies.

International students as well as American students from out of the area apply to our program directly. We match them by their housing preferences and our available host families or independent living accommodations. We send applying students host family or independent living information via email. Students arrive to Santa Barbara by our transfer service or by themselves. We monitor each student and host family throughout the students stay. At the end of their stay, students may choose to have a transfer service to SBA or LAX Aiports.We are available M-F 9am-5pm by email and phone, and 24 hours a day for emergencies.
