Family Lineage Healing: classes for parents and parents

Soul Nest Somatics offers somatic education and healing, expressive arts, and Family Constellation Work to support the health of individuals, families and communities. In Family Constellation processes we work with healing the family lineage. We carry the stories of our ancestors within us. We inherit both strengths and challenges. When we have children, these inherited aspects manifest in ways we may never have imagined before becoming a parent. By working with our family lineage, we become much more self aware as a person and a parent, thereby increasing the flow of love possible between ourself and our family members both past, present and future.
