Angels Foster Care is a non-profit Foster Care Agency that places infants and toddlers ages 0-3 (or sibling set up to age 5) in Santa Barbara County and southern San Luis Obispo County.
We believe that all children, especially those affected by early childhood trauma and neglect, deserve the best future possible. We specially train local families to take these precious foster babies and help them create healthy bonds, and to meet developmental milestones. Our clinical team support is skilled in early childhood development and has a deep knowledge of the unique challenges young children have who have suffered from neglect or abuse.
Since 2006, Angels Foster Care has placed over 235 infants and toddlers, assisted with over 100 adoptions, and trained over 220 families.
