+Sponsorship Application

ParentClick sponsors more than 60 community events each year with an annual donation of more than $65,000 in advertising space. More than 8,500 families receive our Weekly Scene and more than 24,000 visit our ParentClick sites each month.

GUIDELINES TO GET STARTED:

• EVERY ORGANIZATION NEEDS TO FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
• We can provide in-kind media sponsor packages ranging from $100 to $10,000 depending on your marketing needs.
• Contact us 4-6 weeks prior to the event.
• The applying organization must have a basic listing in order to qualify ($60/year).
• Applying organization is responsible for posting their event on our calendar and providing all ads to be used on ParentClick.com website and in newsletters.
• We ask that you share the exposure that ParentClick.com will receive… (ie: Logo in program or print ads, complimentary tickets, banner or table at event, mention in radio/tv spots)We request that ParentClick.com banner and postcards are picked up and dropped off for events.

$200 Non-Profit Media Package…

We also offer Non-Profits who would prefer not to do the sponsorship to purchase a special package.(We do request that the non-profit either provides 2 tickets to the event or distributes our postcards at their event with this package). This $200 paid package includes:

• 2 Weekly Scene Newsletters in the highlight in calendar section [value $200]
  Highlights with photo on Homepage for two weeks [value $450]
  1 Facebook & Twitter Post to promote event [value $100]
