GVTA offered an afterschool program at my child's school. Because of some much-needed rain during the season, several classes had to be cancelled. My complaint is not the weather or cancellations, but how they were handled. Owner was late to notify parents of cancellations (2pm for a class that was supposed to start at 3pm), and no backup plan existed for foul weather. Working parents had to drop everything and pick up their child. Also, GVTA originally offered to make up the tennis lessons, but then never followed through. Owner was also slow to respond to requests for information, so it became not worth it to pursue make-up lessons. Overall, a bad experience with a business that doesn't seem to care about it's customer.
