Mayor Helene Schneider to honor Teen Dating Violence Awareness Poster Winner

On February 9^th Domestic Violence Solutions will be holding an event at the Santa Barbara Public Library, Faulkner Gallery in which Mayor Helene Schneider will be honoring the winners of a poster contest organized by DVS. Teens from Santa Maria to Carpinteria were invited to participate in this contest to help raise awareness about dating violence, physical, emotional and sexual. We received an amazing 189 submissions and have elected 25 finalists. On the 9th we will reveal the finalists as well as the final three winners of the contest.
