Responsible Babysitter needed
Responsible Babysitter needed Two professionals with a 5 yr old daughter in need of a wonderful babysitter. The position could be live in or live-out. We need someone very reliable who we can trust and count on. Our babysitter of 3 years is graduating from college and moving to San Diego The position is in Santa Barbara, we would like someone close to the area to start June 1st Profile: Must have reliable transportation Dedicated to continuously teaching and stimulating (No watching TV- plenty of reading, arts and crafts etc) At least 2 years of experience with good references and willing to go through a background check Outgoing, energetic and loves the outdoors the park, beach Self-starter and someone who thinks ahead Comes to job with a daily plan already in mind ) Someone very engaging with the child- sings songs, plays on floor - acts silly with her etc... Want someone who will become an extension of our family Very reliable and fun No smoking, no drugs, no coming to work hungover! Duties will include: Full work week and will be responsible for picking up daughter from daycare 5 afternoons a week Preparing and feeding meals Cleaning dishes and cups after yourself and child Bathing Picking up toys/keeping all things neat and organized Letting the dogs out occasionally Vacuum living room once a day Doing child's laundry We have 2 dogs- very friendly golden retrievers, must not be allergic to dogs Good English skills -Spanish is a plus, but not necessary Hours will be Mon-Fri 4:15pm- 9ish. Sat Sun 9am-9pm (that is the most amount of hours a week, some weeks will be less) We will give you 1-2 days off each week, but they will be different days of the week every week $10 per hour if live out NO TEXTING WHILE WORKING!!!
